For some reason, HP does not include any chipset drivers on the support and driver pages for any of their AMD notebooks. Below is the link to the chipset driver you need. First file listed. chipset drivers. ?11-08-2013 08:47 AM. You're very welcome. SInce I don't work for HP, I do not know what graphics drivers would include the chipset software as well. I doubt any of the HP AMD graphics drivers include the USB 3.0 driver, which you can only get from the link I posted above.

I had a look at both executables (HP's & the link you provided from AMD) and noticed that indeed the chipset drivers (USB 3.0 also) were included in the HP graphics driver package. HP should really clarify this point as it would help eliminate confusion.

That being said, we are talking about HP where confusion and sub-par products are the norm.
